Finally I decided to meet up with Kaiyan's fren cum classmate, Candy, who is a financial advisor. She was instructed by him to help me manage with my financials in future. He actually asked her to contact me. For your info, Kaiyan has passed away, he was the one i wrote on my previous post.
After having dinner with Candy today, I'm feeling more guilty than before.... despite the fact that i did not visit him, he still care so much for me.. During his stay in SGH, he told Candy to call me when she can cos he was too weak to give me a call. He told her that I'm a girl with lotsa health problem, hope Candy can meet up with me some time in future to ensure that i have a medical insurance as he finally realised the significance of having a medical insurance. Without it, he would not have obtain $240,000 to cover his hospital bills.
After speaking to Candy, I realised how many things he have told Candy about me.. He told her that we were once very close frens. She told me that actually during his wake, she saw a few pics of me and him during the slideshow of pics played on his laptop ( which he specially designed it during the last few days b4 he passed away but i did not see it when i was at his wake).
I knew him in yr 2003 or 2004. We used to hang out with a bunch of friends for jamming sessions and studio recordings. then in 2005 feb i went to China, back in 2005 May but soon i was attached. Met him once again in 2006, then i disappeared again in end 06 or 2007 mid due to some reason (It may have been different if you have asked me earlier)
Just went to read his blog and realised the last time he mentioned abt me is in 2005 Jan b4 i went to China:

It's a nice date 1001 hee~ reads the same both ways, and it happens to be Minmin's 23rd Birthday! Called her at around 6pm and so bad of her not to remember my voice nor my hp number haha~ Even mistook me for being Yichao! Wa liew! How can you be so heartless? But then again don't blame her also keke~ she's already attached, so it's normal that she gave her attention to Andrew more than me keke~ Best is that I'm only invited to their dinner gathering when I called haha~ I'm sure she's forgotten all about me long long time ago =p
1st day of school and it's relaxing but still there's a bit of sianz in it haha~ well~ I'm sure it's normal for everyone isn't it? keke~ Not speaking for those super talented in studies =p Envy those who can play whole day and get good grades without studying grrrrr!
Normal daily routine of sending Kaiying to school and fetching Mother back from her Chinese Literature classes at night. Best of today was being able to hear Xueli sing =D And yes girl~ have more confidence in yourself especially when singing on stage. Curb your stage fright and you'll soar real high given your talent and hardwork included. Your basics are good enough, now it's just nore of blending in your own feel and of course your own style. All the bestest for the audition on Tuesday keke~ Keep me updated of the results hee~"
I am sorry that i did not realised it till i met up with you again in 2006 and caused a regret within you till the day you passed away. Really felt guilty that you keep mentioning about me to Candy but yet i failed to appear in front of you till the day you passed away.
I will try to do my best for every performance and competitions in future, just for you.
Badly missed.

One of my close fren, Kaiyan, passed away on 18 Jan 09 due to cancer.
He is the 2nd person who is close to me that passed away.
Remember last time i always bully him ask him bring me for supper whenever i feel like it.
Last time whenever he having school holidays in University, he will also send me to work in the morning.
Every year, during my birthday, he never fail to celebrate for me.( he promised to celebrate for me every year. this year i told him that he must survive the virus war within him, cos i will wait for him to celebrate my bday with me, but guess it will not happen anymore :( )
He was very supportive in anything i do. Eg:singing..
Here's a note that i wan to give him:
"Dear Kaiyan,
I'm sorry that i did not visit you throughout ur fight with ur illness.
But i do regret not doing so, i have so many things to tell you but did not get a chance to do so.
I'm sorry that i did not stand beside you to pull you through.
Every yr, i promise i will visit you at ur place.

Day 6 at Taipei (Last Day)Since its the last day, basically we went to buy gifts for our frens.. hee hee... but cannot post up the pictures let you all see... when i go back u all will noe wat i bought for u all k.. haha
Since its the last day, my bf did not wan to go anywhere too far from our hotel as he need to pack his stuff.. so we went to this 三吉 shop which was famous for its grilled food. My bf likes grilled food so its like throughout this 6 days, he will go for grilled chicken thigh when he dunno what to have for meal.
Then we continued with our shopping for gifts... hee hee...
Then we decide to try Yoshinoya over here to see whats the difference between Taipei's and Singapore's... We realised that apart fromt he difference of the utensils used... the miso soup is very different also... its a pork miso soup... it has carrot, radish, pork meat and potato in it... taste better than the normal miso soup we usually have at Singapore's Yoshinoya.

The stay in the hotel is nice and the staff here are also very nice and friendly.. I just realised that i did not take any pictures of my hotel room... here it is... haha...
Phew!! finally finish blogging all 6 days at Taipei... will be flying to Taiwan later at 12noon... will continue blogging ony my stay at Hong Kong over there k...

Day 5 at TaipeiOn the fifth day, we went to try this famous curry pork cutlet omelette rice... i almost forgot to take pic of it so it looks half eaten.. heehee..paiseh
Afterwhich went to 五分铺 to see anything to buy at this wholesale market... but realised lotsa winter clothes hardly see anything that i can buy back to wear.. and the prices ain't that cheap as well... so well... spend time walking ard but went back empty handed...
Then after that met my Poly fren, Sky, who was from the same CCA, Song Composing Club. Its been like long time i never see him... but when i walk out from the railway station, he can still recognise me from far... not bad... means i have not changed much... lol... but maybe a bad thing also... means i never become slimmer or prettier... die...
He brought us to this restaurant..
He treat us the handmade noodles, fried pig intestines, shark meat cold dish, black sesame mua chee, 卤肉饭, fried oysters and asparagus salad... really sumptous meal... and again i forget to take pics... wth...my bf secretly foot the bill... so in the end we treat him instead cos my bf find that its been nice that he brought us to this place despite the fact that he is very busy... haha...
P.S.: Sky "妹妹", next time you come Singapore i bring you go eat then you treat us back k... hahaha... joking neh... must come find me k...

Day 4 at TaipeiEarly in the morning, went to buy the famous mee sua for breakfast... the taste is shiok man...
I also bought Mister Donut which Singapore dun have... they gt very cute paperbag...
I realise an interesting thing, usually serviettes the staff will juz put into the paperbag, but this Mister Donut's serviettes are actually put into a packaging like this:
I bought the miniatures donuts... very nice looking and tasty...
Afterwhich, we head down to 忠孝敦化 station to SOGO departmental store to help my bf's sis buy Jill Stuart cosmetics.. she wanted the blush... and it looks like this:
So nice rite.... i was so tempted by it... and i also bought one of the blush >.< then in order to have tax refund on the items we bought, have to purchase up to an amount of NT3000... so we were short by NT400... then i ask the salesgirl to recommend one of the item.. so she recommended the lip balm which looks like this:
I like the cover of this lip balm lotsa... gt bling bling de... see... so nice..
Then out of curiousity, i saw this eye colour... very bling bling when apply on... so tempted... i bought the eye colour... >.<
Due to my bf's fren, Winston's request, i took pic with one of the salesgirl to show him how taiwanese girls look like... of cos this is the average looking one... the pretty one too busy serving other customers...
They say that 忠孝敦化 station is like Singapore's bugis or orchard... haha... so i took some pictures of the streets..
Then my bf found this restaurant recommended by those magazines..
This restaurant is situated in those small alley but the alley look so nice..
They even gt graniph store in this alley...
This shop looks nice as well..
We tried their chef recommendation... the red wine grilled chicken thigh look so so good... of cos it taste good too..
and also the crispy white wine chicken in sweet and spicy sauce..
Then on the way back to hotel, i found this candy shop and sells interesting packaging for their marshmellow... here's how it looks like... haha...

Day 3 at TaipeiThird day at Taipei... we went to Taipei 101... hee hee.. the shops there are all damn ex man... can only see cannot buy de... there gt brands like Agnes B, Miu Miu, Cartier etc... we went to the foodcourt to try korean food cos we saw lotsa ppl trying it and it smells damn good.. show u guys some pictures of Taipei 101 building and the streets ard the building:

Since its 24 dec, we went to a club called "luxy" for countdown party..
The girls all dressed quite skimpy, all make up with those very fake fake lashes... haha... jappy curl blonde hairstyle... haha... but of cos they gt very good figure... that night the dj was stanley 黄立行 and MC hotdog... the music was good(all english de... dun need worry too chee na k).. but only bad pt was that it was too crowded... so me and my bf went off early for our 麻辣火锅... hee hee..

Day 2 at TaipeiOk finally blogging on day 2..
Day 2, we went to buy the taiwanese version Ez-link card, which was called the "悠游卡", it looks like this:
I realised that the train route looks similar to Singapore one... gt green, red, blue and brown line.. it is very accessible and per trip cost ard NT15-40... depending on the distance... below are some pictures of the train station which is known as 捷运:
Now i know why ppl in the train is so quiet... cos they were taught to do so... look at this notice in the train:
I realised also that no matter how packed is the train, this dark blue seats are always empty cos it is meant for the needy ppl like elders, pregnant woman and etc..
We took the train to 淡水 to walk ard and also try the local food over there... the scenery was quite nice... i dun think singapore got so high hills...lol

Then we went to 士林 station... was looking for tat warner movie theatre.. but could not find it in the end... so only took pictures of the traffic in Taipei..
Oh ya in this pic, you see the students wearing their uniform.. think looks quite cool man... in their so called windbreaker...lol
Afterwhich we went to 士林夜市 at 剑潭 station.. tat 炸鸡排 is really damn huge... then they gave me the chicken, its quite heavy man... lol.. we also tried the 棺材板... it is actually a huge loaf of bread like those toast box kinda... they actually open it to stuff the shredded chicken in and added some starchy sauce in it... taste quite good also... cos they fried the bread b4 adding the ingredients... SO SO SORRY that there are no pictures... cos i was busy eating... forgot to take pictures of it.. >.<
There are also dishes like 大肠包小肠,大包包小包 and 青蛙下蛋... some interesting names.. but very unhealthy food...lol... I realised Taiwan have lotsa deep fried food which my bf likes a lot... think i like the 起司猪排 best... its also deep fried.. but when u bite on it, there is ham in the middle followed by melt cheese followed by pork meat then dough flour... shiok man... but of cos... not too much of it man.. very sinful... my bf keep eating tat roadside stall's grilled chicken thigh... he damn ironical... when he 1st reach taiwan, i told him i wan to eat roadside stalls... he dun allow.. he say damn unhygenic... after lotsa persuasion.. he finally decide to try and now keep eating the roadside stalls' food... -_-"

Day 1 at TaipeiYup i am at Taipei now... hee hee.. here gt free connection so i decide to blog daily if i can...
My flight was at 805am depart from Singapore to Hong kong then from Hong Kong transit to Taipei.
We check in airport quite early and i discovered this resting area at Singapore Changi Airport... Now i know why Singapore previously won the No. 1 Airport in the world.
Take a look at the resting area:
see.. they offer those sleeping kinda chairs for passengers to rest lo.. they even put up a sign to say paasengers can request for a blanket at the counter if they want o.0
They even have tv for you to watch show.. haha...

Me and my bf look shag cos we gotta woke up at 530am.. haha
i reached Hong Kong at 1225pm then gotta go to the departure hall immediately to catch the flight from Hong Kong to Taipei.

When we finally reach Taipei Taoyuan Airport, we were looking for freego bus but bloody hell cannot find lo we ask the ppl ard, they say it costs NT2400!!! they cheat me lo... then say wat take cab cost NT1400.. so bo bian we took cab and i think they cheat my money.. then my bf la.. keep on saying faster... sigh... so waste lotsa money lo...
Then once we check in hotel, we were famished... so went for food... my bf was looking for grilled food... we saw a restaurant stating griled food but when we went up to order then we realised they served baked rice and baked pasta... and not GRILLED FOOD!!!!!
But the interior design was nice.. show u guys the pictures of the restaurant..

Then we saw a blood donation van at a corner at night... they so on siah... lol

They gt an interesting green man light when the traffic light turns red. This green man actually walks during 60-20s countdown, when its at remaining of 20s countdown, the green man will start flashing and the green man will start running to indicate to ppl crossing the road that there is only less than 20s left.
Afterwhich we went for our roadside food makan... its fantastic siah.. haha
Then we drank red dates longan drink... very nice.. then i realised got sylvia's fav idol printed on the cup... so decide to post these pics..lol
Afterwhich went back to hotel to watch tv.. haha then i realised that 娱乐百分百 is actually an hour or so prog... and the artiste gets to sing like 4 to 5 complete songs... but in singapore they actually cut so many parts only like 1 or 2 songs played and the songs are not even complete -_-"
haha.. thats wat i did on the very 1st day... more updates coming.. hee

Went clubbing previously with my bf and his sis.. cos his sis gt tixs from her company for free drinking session at 5 clubs for free... its like per ticket u get a club waiver charge and free 2 drinks...
His sis gt 48 tickets... so she got her frens along... so in total 10 of us went to 5 different clubs... try different music and drinks.. haha.. so fun man... drink and drink and drink... here's pictures of me and my bf.. haha...

PRAYER FOR MYSELF
I am on study leave from last Thursday till tomorrow. Tomorrow is my exam but i still got 1 chapter haven finish... I MUST FINISH TODAY!!
Recently went to see my Gynae.. GD NEWS!! NO Cyst found and everything is gd!!
However, these few days have no appetite again... i bought a lot of junk food so that i can study and eat together but it seems tat i have no appetite..sigh.. too stress again??
I very worried that anything will happen to me again b4 i go for my Holidays on 22 Dec..
I pray that everything will run smoothly and i will be able to go overseas with my bf for the very 1st time... last year i ruin it hopefully this time everything will be fine!!!
